Three Rounds of Connection Facilitated conversations using proven frameworks that help people share who they are beyond their roles. After each round, participants move to a new group of 3-4 people, ensuring everyone connects with multiple team members.

The Advanced Team Connection Experience is a 2-hour session that builds on the core experience with three additional components:
Psychological Safety Training Before the conversation rounds begin, your team receives a focused introduction on psychological safety: what it is, why it matters, and how it connects to everything from innovation to conflict resolution. This isn't a lecture. It's context that gives your team a shared language for what they're about to experience together.
Work-Focused Conversation Rounds While the core experience uses conversation frameworks focused on who you are as a person, the Advanced experience uses frameworks in Rounds 2 and 3 that explore how your team experiences working together. These aren't questions about tasks or projects. They're about what makes people feel valued, what conditions help them do their best work, and what trust and safety actually look like for each person on your team. The psychological safety training from the opening gives your team a shared lens for these conversations.
Extended Integration After the three rounds of connection, an expanded integration discussion helps your team translate what they experienced into how they work together. Is this therapy or conflict mediation?
No. This builds the foundation of understanding that makes collaboration possible. We don't process past conflicts or provide therapy. We create the human connection that prevents many conflicts from happening in the first place.
