About

Recovery-Friendly Workplace Declaration

At Third Space Experiences, our work is built on a simple belief: real connection happens when people are met exactly where they are, without judgment, roles, or assumptions standing in the way. This is the heart of the Connection Experience, and it is the same principle we bring to how we support our team, our participants, and our community.

That commitment extends fully to health, wellness, and recovery. We believe recovery is not separate from the work we do, it is part of it. A person in recovery deserves the same dignity, presence, and belonging we ask every participant to extend to one another in our experiences.

As a formal expression of this commitment, Third Space Experiences is proud to participate in the New Hampshire Governor's Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) Initiative. Through this partnership, we commit to building and maintaining a workplace, and a community, that is healthy, safe, and free of stigma for anyone impacted by addiction, whether they are part of our team or someone we welcome into a Connection Experience.

We know that lasting change, in recovery as in connection, happens through relationship, not through isolation. So we commit to:

Fostering a culture where team members and participants can be open about their recovery journey without fear of judgment or professional consequence

Educating our team on the realities of addiction and recovery, so support is informed, not assumed

Removing barriers that keep people impacted by addiction from fully participating in our workplace and our offerings

Collaborating with the RFW Initiative, and with employers, community members, and individuals in recovery, to create positive, lasting change

This is not a separate value from what we already do. It is Third Space Experiences living out its mission: helping people move beyond roles, titles, and assumptions, into real, human connection, in every part of their life, including recovery.
