Meet Your Facilitator

I'm Talia Rosenblum, founder of Third Space Experiences. I design and facilitate in-person, device-free spaces where people connect authentically as complete humans rather than just their roles.

Why I Started This

For 12 years, I led customer support and experience teams in tech, managing global operations and building teams from scratch. Through that work, I noticed something consistent: the most effective teams weren't the smartest or most optimized. They were the teams where people genuinely understood each other as humans.

I've seen what happens without that foundation. Dysfunction that no process can fix. Conflicts that escalate because people don't understand each other's values. Innovation that never materializes because teams can't truly collaborate.

But I've also been part of and led teams that had it. Teams where different perspectives were understood in context. Where trust ran deep. Where people actually wanted to show up.

The irony is that as technology improved at connecting us remotely and processes became more optimized, something essential disappeared. We became more connected digitally but less genuinely connected to each other. This pattern extends everywhere: families on separate screens in the same room, communities where neighbors remain strangers, people constantly connected yet profoundly alone.

I realized this wasn't a process problem. It was a design problem. And I knew how to design for it.

What I Do Now

I create spaces where authentic connection happens through professionally designed conversation frameworks. I help organizations build the relational foundation that makes collaboration, innovation, and resilience possible. I facilitate custom connection experiences for any social or organizational group seeking deeper relationships—whether that's book clubs, friend circles, family gatherings, professional networks, or communities wanting to strengthen bonds. And I host public gatherings where people discover what becomes possible in 90 minutes of intentional, device-free connection.

My approach isn't manufactured emotional moments or forced vulnerability. It's creating the right conditions (device-free environment, thoughtful questions, skilled facilitation) where deeper connection happens naturally.

A Bit About Me

I've worked everywhere from 5-star hospitality to global tech operations. I studied Classical Languages, I'm a voracious reader, and I'm genuinely curious about people and how things work. When I'm not facilitating, you'll find me around Portsmouth walking my dog Bowie or cooking with local ingredients.

I'm based in Portsmouth, serving the entire Seacoast and beyond. My mission is simple: to make authentic connection accessible and expected. Every facilitation I lead—whether with organizations, social groups, or public gatherings—proves what I deeply believe: when we're fully present with each other, we discover what becomes possible.
