However you book it, every Team Connection Experience is built around the same foundation: a facilitated conversation framework that moves your team through three progressively deeper rounds of conversation, in rotating small groups of 3-4 people.
Round 1
Getting Energized. Light, accessible conversation prompts that build comfort while revealing perspective.
Round 2
Exploring Connection. Prompts about how we relate to others and show up in the spaces we share.
Round 3
Essential Self. Reflections on who people are beyond their daily roles.
After each round, the room reshuffles, so everyone connects with multiple teammates, not just the people they already gravitate toward.

All experiences include a professionally facilitated session, a designed conversation framework, facilitator travel within 30 minutes of Portsmouth, and setup/breakdown.
Location & Travel In-person facilitation in Portsmouth, NH and surrounding areas. Complimentary travel within 30 minutes. Regional travel (30-60 min) includes $75 fee. Extended travel available by arrangement.

How is this different from traditional team building?
Traditional team building focuses on activities and exercises. This focuses on who people are as humans. The transformation comes from understanding, not from completing challenges together.
What if my team is skeptical?
The conversation frameworks are designed to meet people where they are. No one is forced to share beyond their comfort level, and the progressive structure builds safety naturally. Most skeptical participants are surprised by how meaningful the experience becomes.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. Just show up ready to be present. All facilitation, materials, and structure are provided.
