The Experience: 90 Minutes That Shift Everything
Opening: Why Connection Matters (15 minutes) Brief introduction setting context for why human connection is the foundation of effective collaboration, especially in an era of AI and remote work. Device collection (phones secured in pouches) and group formation.
Three Rounds of Connection (60 minutes) Facilitated conversations using proven frameworks that help people share who they are beyond their roles. Groups of 3-4 people rotate each round, ensuring everyone connects with multiple team members.
Round 1: Getting Energized - Accessible prompts that create comfort while revealing perspectives
Round 2: Exploring Connection - Questions about how we relate to others and experience presence
Round 3: Essential Self - Reflections on who we are beyond daily roles

Includes: 90-minute facilitated session, device-securing pouches (up to 50), conversation frameworks, facilitator travel within 30 minutes of Portsmouth, setup and breakdown time.

Multi-session discount: Book 3+ sessions over 6 months, receive 10% off total (perfect for development series or multiple team units)
In-person facilitation in Portsmouth, NH and surrounding areas. Complimentary travel within 30 minutes of Portsmouth. Regional travel (30-60 minutes) includes $75 travel fee. Extended travel beyond 60 minutes available by arrangement.
Virtual options available with premium pricing and modified approach. I specialize in in-person facilitation because face-to-face connection creates the strongest foundation for team transformation.
